FAQ
Before purchasing fasteners, it is recommended to confirm the application location, load requirements, connection thickness, and environmental conditions, then verify diameter, length, pitch, material, strength grade, surface treatment, and applicable standards. For replacement parts, provide photos, drawings, or samples of the old parts for quick matching.
For general outdoor scenarios, hot-dip galvanizing or Dacromet treatment can be selected, balancing corrosion resistance and cost. In humid, coastal, or chemical environments, 304/316 stainless steel or higher-grade anti-corrosion solutions are recommended. Actual selection should also consider service life, budget, and maintenance conditions.
Standard sizes start from 1 kg with large stock on common items; custom lead times are short. For non-standard customization, it is recommended to provide 2D drawings or 3D files, and specify material, dimensional tolerances, strength grade, surface treatment, packaging method, and order quantity. If drawings are not available, samples or photos of the installation location can be provided, and we will assist in sorting out key parameters.
Bolts and nuts should confirm that nominal diameter, pitch, thread profile, and applicable standards are consistent, and strength grades should also match. In high-strength connection scenarios, the nut grade should not be lower than the bolt requirement, and appropriate washers and locking solutions are recommended.
We keep large stock of common sizes — bolts, nuts, washers, expansion anchors, threaded rods and more — for fast dispatch after order confirmation. MOQ starts from 1 kg for standard sizes. Standard products usually take 15–30 days when production is needed; sea freight is about 15–45 days depending on destination, while air and express are faster. Custom non-standard orders have short lead times, confirmed with the quote after drawing review.
Various packaging methods are available based on product type and customer requirements, including small boxes, plastic bags, cartons, woven bags, wooden cases, and pallet packaging. Export orders are typically reinforced according to product weight, shipping method, and container loading requirements. Custom labels and branded packaging are also supported.

KNOWLEDGE TIPS
Understand common materials, grades, surface treatments, and assembly considerations in a shorter path.
Clarify load, corrosion, vibration and installation space before purchasing.
Diameter, length, pitch, grade and applicable standard should match.
Outdoor, corrosive and humid conditions need a suitable coating or stainless steel.
Drawings, samples or installation photos reduce communication gaps for custom parts.
Bolts, nuts and washers should be selected as a compatible set for high-strength joints.
Thread form and pitch must match; verify against the sample when replacing an old part.
For vibration, consider spring washers, nylon lock nuts, double nuts or threadlocker.
For exports or long-distance transport, confirm cartons, pallets, moisture protection and labels early.
