Hex Socket Countersunk Head Screw
flush installation; details per RFQ

Hex socket countersunk head screws seat in a matching conical recess so the installed head can finish flush with or below the surrounding surface. They suit covers, sliding interfaces and assemblies where a projecting head would interfere, but the countersink angle and bearing surface must match the screw.
Do not judge loadability from the class mark alone
ISO 10642:2026 identifies reduced loadability due to the head design. A matching thread size or similar property-class mark does not give a countersunk screw the same head loadability as a socket head cap screw. Review critical joints against the product standard and assembly drawing.
What to send with the RFQ
Provide the exact standard and edition or drawing, thread diameter and pitch, length, material or property class, finish, countersink angle, mating recess, flushness requirement, quantity, packaging and inspection documents. The actual supply range is confirmed for each order.
