Serrated Channel Nut
Rectangular threaded nut for a matching channel profile. Confirm width, thickness, serrations and thread against the channel and drawing.

A serrated channel nut has a rectangular body, central internal thread and toothed bearing areas near its ends. Its outline engages the opening and lips of a compatible channel; it is not used as an ordinary hex nut. The photo shows the nut body only and does not identify a channel series.
Check the channel cross-section first
Provide the channel opening width, internal cavity, lip thickness, insertion and rotation method, and required bolt engagement. Nuts with similar outside widths do not necessarily locate correctly in different channel profiles.
Review the teeth with the contact face
The end serrations contact the channel bearing surface. Coating, surface hardness and installation direction can change the assembled contact. If the system needs a spring, plastic retainer or another accessory, list it as part of the complete assembly.
Information for a bulk RFQ
Send the channel cross-section, nut dimensions, internal thread, serration form, bolt-engagement requirement, requested material or finish, accessories, quantity and acceptance requirements. Dimensions and compatibility are checked against the drawing or approved sample.
