Fasteners of different strength grades are available, including: 4.8, 5.8, 6.8, 8.8, 10.9, 12.9, etc. Nuts can be provided in grades 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, etc., depending on product standards and customer requirements.

Production can be carried out according to international and national standards, including: DIN, ISO, GB, ANSI/ASME, ASTM, BS, JIS, etc. We also support customization of non-standard fasteners based on customer drawings, samples, or technical parameters.

A variety of surface treatments are available, including: clear zinc, yellow zinc, black zinc, black oxide, hot-dip galvanizing, Dacromet, nickel plating, chrome plating, phosphating, mechanical galvanizing, etc. Salt spray time, coating thickness, and anti-corrosion requirements can be confirmed according to customer requirements.

Equipped with cold heading, thread rolling, die pressing, machining, heat treatment, and surface treatment supporting equipment. We can complete the entire production process from raw materials, forming, thread processing, heat treatment to packaging and shipping, and arrange the corresponding production process according to product type.

Products can be inspected for dimensions, threads, hardness, tensile strength, torque, coating thickness, and salt spray before production and shipment. According to order requirements, we can provide: material certificates, dimensional inspection reports, hardness test reports, tensile test reports, salt spray test reports, coating inspection reports, and third-party inspection reports. Relevant certificates and inspection items are provided according to product standards and customer requirements.

A variety of export packaging methods are supported, including: small boxes + outer cartons, woven bags, cartons, wooden cases, pallets, bulk packaging, and custom packaging. We can provide customer brand packaging: logo, color boxes, labels, barcodes, shipping marks, and OEM packaging. Packaging methods will be adjusted according to product weight, size, and transportation mode to reduce damage and spillage during transit.

We have long-term experience serving overseas customers and are familiar with sea freight, air freight, and international logistics export processes. We can formulate container loading plans based on product size, weight, and container type, supporting: 20GP, 40GP, 40HQ full container export, as well as LCL consolidation. Before shipment, we can provide product photos, packaging photos, pallet photos, and container loading photos, and assist in preparing commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other export documents.
